Some drinks explore lighter textures.

Matcha Coconut Cloud combines matcha and coconut in a smooth drink that works easily between meals. Espresso Coconut Cloud moves closer to the world of specialty coffee, bringing coffee flavour with a soft coconut base.

Ube Collagen Glow adds a vibrant purple colour and a balanced sweetness.

Familiar favourites return

Pistachio Latte returns to the menu with its nutty profile. The Red Berry Shaker also comes back with a refreshed recipe.

Cold Brew remains nearby for anyone still leaning toward coffee.

Drinks that follow the rhythm of the day

In a Mediterranean restaurant built around healthy food, drinks often become part of everyday routines.
