Some parts of Madrid move differently. Not slower, just more purposeful. People arriving, leaving, crossing paths for a reason. That is what drew us to Campo de las Naciones, and why we are opening our next restaurant here. You will find us at Av. Los Andes 48, in an area shaped by work, travel, and everything that happens in between.
Campo de las Naciones was built for movement. Congresses, offices, flights, large events. Places like IFEMA, the Palacio de Congresos, and the nearby airport keep the day shifting constantly.
But stay a bit longer and it changes. The same faces start to appear. Workdays stretch into dinner. Walks through Parque Juan Carlos I, just a few minutes away. What looks like a stopover at first starts to stick.
That is when it starts to become part of the week.
The restaurant sits on a single level, just over 240 m², with most of the space given to the dining room. Light comes in easily. Plants settle into the room naturally. It is the kind of space that works the same way in the morning as it does later on, without needing to shift too much.
Like in each of our restaurants, there is an Honest Beans corner for our specialty coffee and Honest Bites. Something small if you are passing through, or something that turns into a longer pause without planning it.
Takeaway and delivery are part of the rhythm from the beginning. In an area where people are often on their way somewhere else, it fits without needing much thought.
Every location starts the same way. We watch how people move and when they stop to eat. Here, it happens in between things. Before a flight. After IFEMA. During a short break. On the way home. Our kitchen never stops.
So the role of the restaurant stays clear. Food that fits into that rhythm. Plates built around what is coming in at the right moment, that work just as well if you sit down as if you take them with you. From earlier in the day through to the evening, it follows the same logic. You arrive when it makes sense, and the rest settles around that.
