Two new additions have just landed at Honest Greens, brand new to the menu:
- Roasted Pumpkin & Feta: sweet roasted pumpkin, salty feta. A combination that earns its place on any table. New, and already hard to ignore.
- Glazed Aubergine with Herb Salad: another new arrival. Soft, smoky aubergine finished with herbs. The kind of salad side that makes you reconsider what a side can be.
- Asparagus with labneh and pink tahini: Asparagus has a short window. A few weeks where it is at its best: light, easy on the stomach, high in fibre. We keep it simple. Labneh underneath for creaminess, pink tahini on top for depth. A side that looks like spring and eats like it too. At Honest Greens, it is already one of the most ordered additions to the table. Once you try it, it makes sense.
- Seasonal veggies: What comes in changes throughout the season. That is the point. A mix of fibre and slow energy. The kind of healthy food that just works.
- Nikkei guacamole: Avocado done the Honest way, with a Nikkei twist that sits somewhere between familiar and new. Good fats that satisfy without feeling heavy. A natural gluten-free option and a favourite across vegetarian restaurant tables.
