Specialty coffee isn’t just about the final sip, it’s about how every step is handled with care. From the way the beans are grown to how they’re brewed and served. Our partner chooses unique origins, works with responsible growers, and roasts with precision, highlighting the natural character of each bean.
- Guatemala: Grown high in the Las Verapaces region at nearly 2,000 metres, this is our boldest roast. Cultivated by the indigenous Pocomchí and Q’eqchí communities, this 100% arabica bean blends tradition, sustainability and natural notes of hazelnut, cocoa and panela.
- Mexico: For those who prefer decaf without compromising on taste. These beans come from Chiapas, grown in the shade of Inga trees and naturally decaffeinated using the Mountain Water process. Smooth and full of flavour.
Our coffee is roasted in small batches to honour the flavour of each origin. The result? A cup that’s smooth, balanced, and never bitter. Espresso, flat white, latte, whatever your go-to, you’ll taste the difference.
