Winter has its own rhythm. Slower days. Colder nights. The kind of season that calls for warm plates and food that feels grounding.

Our new Winter Menu is built for that mood. Real Food made with intention. Seasonal ingredients cooked in ways that bring out depth, comfort and a bit of brightness on the side.

This year we leaned into Mediterranean ease. Simple vegetables. Fresh herbs. Steady flavours. The kind of dishes people reach for when they want something honest.

To Share

Sharing is part of winter. People gather more. Tables get fuller. These plates were made for that kind of moment. They sit easily at the centre, bring a bit of warmth to the table and make any meal feel slower and more generous.

  • Baked feta arrives warm and mellow, the cheese gently softening into a base of romesco. Roasted tomatoes bring brightness, olive tapenade adds a savoury depth and a touch of thyme keeps everything fresh. It is a small plate, but it has that quiet winter comfort people look for the moment the weather turns colder.

  • Charcoal-grilled whole leek arrives smoky and tender with plant based alioli, black sesame and a touch of shichimi togarashi. Fresh herbs, lemon zest and a little sea salt bring it all together. A simple plate with bold winter character.

A bowl for the season

Winter bowls are their own thing. They need to be warm enough for cold evenings but fresh enough to enjoy on a busy weekday. This bowl sit in that balance. It is built with grains, greens and seasonal touches.

  • Pistachio Caesar Crunch brings quinoa, greens, caramelised onion and grapes together with our pistachio dukkah. It has freshness, a bit of crunch and that slow cooked warmth you want when the temperature drops. It is the kind of bowl that works at lunch or dinner, without ever feeling heavy.

Winter Sides

No winter menu feels complete until the sides arrive. They fill the gaps on the table, add colour and bring in those flavours that define the season. Simple plates, prepared with intention.

  • Brussels sprouts are charred to bring out their natural sweetness, then lifted with lemon tahini and a handful of walnuts. It is a small side that somehow disappears before anything else.

  • Charcoal-grilled pumpkin is cooked until tender, with a sweetness that comes naturally at this time of year. We finish it with black garlic, labneh and pistachios so every bite has contrast. Soft. Bright. Nutty. A calm winter dish that works just as well for two people as it does in a big spread of plates.

  • Glazed carrots bring parsnip, coconut yogurt, dill, pickled mustard seeds, pomegranate and caramelised walnuts. A bright, earthy mix that lands somewhere between comfort and freshness.

  • Plant-based mushroom risotto takes whole grain rice, roasted mushrooms and a slow miso depth. It has all the comfort people want from a risotto but stays light enough to fit into any meal.
