We created the Honest Lab—a 600m² workshop where our team of skilled artisans design and build everything you see in our restaurants. From tables and chairs to shelves, lighting, and even the plates your food is served on, this is where our spaces take shape.
It’s how we stay true to what we believe in: thoughtful design, real materials, and working with our hands—just like our ancestors did.
