Below, we present the legal bases (“Legal Bases”) of the Honest People loyalty program through the HONEST GREENS app (hereinafter the “App”) with the purpose of giving tiered benefits to users who place orders through the app.
1. Organizing company
HONEST GREENS BARCELONA S.A., owner of the Honest Greens App and website https://honestgreens.com/, a Spanish company, with registered office at Avenida Diagonal, 407, 2-1, 08008, Barcelona, with CIF A67360123.
2. Territorial scope
Global, the loyalty program is applicable to all establishments that are part of the HONEST GREENS group.
3. Objective of the program
The main objective of the Honest People program is to reinforce the current loyalty program, offering the possibility of receiving different rewards and offers through a system of tiered benefits.
4. Application schedule
The launch of Honest People will be on June 1, 2023 and all orders placed from January 1, 2023 inclusive will be counted.
5. Applicable regulations
Participation and the Honest People program are regulated by:
- These Legal Bases and their related complementary documents (which can be attached to this document).
- Announcements, Advertisements and other materials that may be posted in connection with Honest People.
- Subsidiarily, for all aspects not regulated within the Legal Bases, Spanish legislation.
In case of disputes or conflicting statements, these Legal Bases take precedence over any announcements, advertisements or other materials that may be published in connection with the Honest People program.
6. Requirements for participation.
To participate in the Honest People program it will be necessary to be registered in the HONEST GREENS App by creating a user account.
Likewise, it will be necessary to place orders through the same App.
- Orders placed in establishments without the use of the App or those made through third-party platforms (for example, Glovo, Uber Eats, Fudeat) will be excluded from the Honest People program.
7. Benefit levels
Our currency is Market Plate or Garden Bowl orders (hereinafter “Orders”) made by each user. The number of Orders will determine when a user reaches a new level of benefits. The different levels and their access conditions are explained below:
- Starter: this first level is reached by registering in the App.
- Champ: is reached by placing 20 Orders during one (1) year from January 1 of the current year at the time of placing the order (“Determination Period”).
- Star: reached by placing 50 Orders during the Determination Period.
- Legend: reached by placing 100 Orders during the Determination Period.
The Determination Period will be counted from January 1 to December 31 of each year, restarting the total accumulated Orders every January 1. During the Determination Period, users may accumulate Orders to reach the different levels.
Once a new level is reached, it is maintained for twelve months from the date it was reached (“Benefit Period”), without prejudice to being able to level up if the number of Orders is reached within the Determination Period.
The Determination Period and the Benefit Period will count separately. In this way, even if the accumulation of orders restarts on January 1, the Benefit Period will remain active until twelve (12) months have elapsed since the last level was reached.
If during the active Determination Period, a new level is reached, this new Benefit Period will replace the previous one of a lower level recalculating the expiration date.
The benefits obtained at each level are as follows:
- Participation in the system of benefits Desafíos/Challenges.
- Refer a friend and get 3€ when they order for the first time using the App.
- One (1) gift voucher worth €5 redeemable for Honest Greens products, usable during the birthday week.
- Receive a free Protein Ball per month (random each month).
- Refer a friend and get 4€ when they order for the first time using the App.
- A €10 gift voucher, redeemable for Honest Greens products, usable during the birthday week.
- One (1) participation for the chance to win an invitation to the bimonthly events, which will be notified in the App and/or by email, as well as the characteristics and conditions of the events.
- One (1) entry for a chance to win an invitation to Honest Greens openings (no travel expenses paid).
- One (1) entry for a chance to win an invitation to our annual MasterClass with Ben (Founder and Executive Chef of Honest Greens).
- Receive one Sweet Corner product per month for free (random each month).
- Refer a friend and get 6€ when they order for the first time using the App.
- A €15 gift voucher redeemable for Honest Greens products, usable during the birthday week.
- Two (2) participations for the possibility of attending the monthly events, which will be notified in the App, as well as the characteristics and conditions of the events.
- Refer a friend and get 9€ when they order for the first time using the App.
- Two (2) entries for a chance to win an invitation to the Honest Greens openings (no travel expenses paid).
- Two (2) entries for a chance to win an invitation to our annual MasterClass with Ben (Founder and Executive Chef of Honest Greens).
- Receive one Sweet Corner product per month for free (random each month).
The Stamps/orders, as well as the accumulated benefits are non-transferable, being limited to one participation per user and account registered in the App.
Users who have reached a new level of benefits will be notified through the App and/or email.
9. Prize conditions
The prizes of the draws carried out will be delivered and notified through the App to users who, due to their level of benefits, have met the requirements established in these Legal Bases.
Likewise, the prizes will be personal and non-transferable and in no case will they be subject to exchange or financial compensation. Therefore, it is not substitutable for its economic value.
In the event that HONEST GREENS does not locate the winner within 7 days from the notification of the prize, the Prize will be transferred to the reserves
HONEST GREENS thrives on the good faith of all users, who must respect the rules of the Honest People program.
In the event that the App presents an incident in your system, HONEST GREENS will try, as far as possible, to find the fastest and most feasible solution.
Any claim must be addressed to HONEST GREENS through firstname.lastname@example.org, which will study it, requesting, where appropriate, data or evidence that corroborates the reason for the claim. After deliberation, the final decision may not be challenged before any other body.
HONEST GREENS reserves the right to modify the Honest People program, exclude certain products and services, modify levels and limit the applicable conditions.
The modification of the Legal Bases will be notified by means of a notice in the App. These modifications will not give right in any case to a claim by current or potential users.

14. Acceptance of the legal bases
Participation in the Honest People loyalty program implies acceptance of the Legal Bases described here, as well as the decisions adopted by HONEST GREENS. For this, each user accepts the conditions of use of the App and these Legal Bases at the time of registration.
HONEST GREENS relies on the good faith of all users, who must respect these Legal Bases.
Violation of this Legal Bases will result in the disqualification of loyalty program and may lead to account suspension. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against any fraudulent activities.
If any clause or part of a clause of these Legal Bases is or becomes null, illegal or inapplicable, said clause or part of a clause will be considered not applicable without affecting in any way the validity, legality or applicability of the rest of the clauses. Legal Bases.
16. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
To the extent that the mandatory regulations allow it, the applicable law will be Spanish.
To the maximum extent permitted by the mandatory regulations, for the resolution of any dispute or discrepancy that may arise from the interpretation and application of these Legal Bases, both HONEST GREENS and the users expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid , Spain, waiving its own privileges.
HONEST GREENS implements through the App a reward program through which, for each purchase of products indicated in the App at any time, Users will receive a stamp for each category of product purchased. By accumulating them, the User may then redeem them to obtain a gift consisting in a product of the same category, upon reaching the sum of stamps indicated in the App. The specific conditions for the redemption of stamps will be indicated in the App itself at each moment through a “More Information” or similar section. HONEST GREENS reserves the right to exclude certain products and services from the Rewards Program and to limit the conditions applicable to the program. Stamps are generated only for orders placed through the App Services, excluding orders placed with third party platforms (e.g. Glovo, Just Eat, Deliveroo). It will be necessary to be registered on the App by creating a user account. Participation in the Loyalty Program and accumulated stamps are non-transferable and limited to one participation per user and account registered on the App. HONEST GREENS will replace as of October 4th, 2021 its former Loyalty Program consisting of the accumulation of redeemable points with a new Rewards Loyalty Program. The accumulated points may continue to be redeemed subject to the conditions of such program and for the term of 180 calendar days.
18. Referral voucher
In order to qualify for the referral voucher, the first-time order made by your friend must have a minimum purchase value of 7.9€.
The voucher is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
You may refer multiple friends, but each friend must be a new customer to be eligible for the referral program.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the “Refer a Friend” program at any time without notice.
If your friend cancels their order or requests a refund, the referral reward may be voided.
