Set inside a protected building, the restaurant spans two floors, connected by a glass floor that reveals an old well dating back to before the 19th century. With two entrances, one from Glorieta de Quevedo and another from Bravo Murillo, excellent Metro connections and a terrace overlooking the square, it’s an easy stop at any time of day. There’s space for 150 guests, including 30 on the terrace. Everything starts with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
